Navigating Hazards: Harm Reduction Conference

The Navigating Hazards: Harm Reduction Conference is a grassroots gathering built by and for caregivers, advocates, and community members navigating complex realities—addiction, brain health, queerness, survival, and healing.

Through honest conversations and shared strategies, we’ll explore what it means to show up for one another with compassion, accountability, and radical forgiveness.

Together, we’re building the tools to plan, advocate, and care—because harm reduction isn’t just a practice, it’s a movement.

Navigating Hazards: A Harm Reduction Conference for Collective Care and Healing

Join us for a transformative day of connection, learning, and grassroots advocacy at our Harm Reduction Conference—a space rooted in compassion, equity, and lived experience. This event centers the voices of LGBTQ+ communities, BIPOC individuals, caregivers, educators, clergy, and families navigating the impacts of substance use, domestic violence, dementia, and systemic barriers.

Participants will engage in interactive workshops and panel discussions exploring:

  • Harm reduction strategies for HIV prevention, substance use, and mental health

  • The intersectionality of identity, race, income, disability, and queerness

  • Brain health, aging, and navigating care systems

  • Radical forgiveness and accountability as tools for healing

  • Self-advocacy and peer-led support models

  • And much more!

You’ll leave equipped with practical tools, community connections, and a deeper understanding of how to support others—and yourself—with care, clarity, and courage.
