Would you like OutReach to come to your event?

OutReach staff and volunteers love engaging with the community and sharing resources at events throughout Dane County. We do our best to honor as many requests as possible, though we prioritize events that serve the LGBTQ+ Community and align with OutReach’s mission. Please inquire at least two weeks before your event.

 

For June events, please inquire no later than May 1st due to the high volume of requests for Pride Month engagements.

We offer information and supplies in the following areas: 

​

• Transgender services and referrals 

• Harm reduction information and supplies 

• Rental assistance support for LGBTQ+ Adults 

• Navigating/preventing homelessness for youth/young adults 

• Elder support groups and event information 

• Volunteer information 

• Stickers and buttons

Please let us know if there is a specific area of focus related to your event.

• Your company or organization name 

• Name of the event (if applicable) 

• Date and start time of the event 

• Relevance of event to the LGBTQ+ Community 

• The length of time for tabling is desired
